Loja +

The Support Program for the Reviving of Urban Centres, Loja +, aims to promote the requalification and reviving of urban commercial establishments, using vacant buildings and supporting expenses related to leases and/or construction works.

Loja + is only available to commercial establishments located in the urban centres of the Azores that are unoccupied for, at least, three months at the time of the application. It is also a requirement that those establishments will be used for commerce activities as provided for in the first appendix of the regulation.
