Azores Ventures

Azores Ventures is a venture capital fund aimed at investment projects developed by Micro, Small and Medium Size Enterprises (SMEs), in the Azores, in multiple activity sectors, that constitute a clear business opportunity.

Up to 200,000€, per company, are available for investments in shareholdings, typically, minority partners.

Capital investments are carried out, together with the promoters, for a temporary period from 3 to 10 years, depending on the state of development of the projects. This period precedes the disinvestment phase and the sale of the shareholdings.

The terms of participation are negotiated and vary according to the characteristics of each project.
